Individual Therapy

Sessions are $150 with limited slots for sliding scale fee (inquire during consultation).

At this moment we do not take insurance, but can provide a superbill for those who may need it.

We are part of the Changing Tides Initiative. For client’s who qualify, this initiative offers 10 free sessions. Please check tab labeled “Changing Tides Initiative” for more information.

We understood the initial hurdle to start therapy might be difficult to overcome. That’s okay. We are here to assist in anyway we can. Reach out for a consultation to discuss any questions you have.

Workshops

Workshop fees depend on the specific materials requested (e.g., worksheets, videos, PowerPoints, etc.). As a result, we can provide a more detailed estimate during the consultation.

We understand that some communities may face financial barriers. To continue supporting these communities, we offer free or reduced-fee workshops to organizations that meet certain criteria
